The exciting tour to the Mountain of Seven Colors in Cusco offers a truly unforgettable experience. Between 4.30 am to 4.45 am, I will pick you up from the hotel, an ideal time to embark on a car trip of approximately two hours to the south, arriving at the district of Cusipata in the province of Quispicanchi, where you can enjoy a comforting breakfast. Then, we will continue for another hour until we reach the bus station, where we will begin our walk towards the Seven Color Mountain, traveling 4 kilometers in total. From there, we will begin a 1 hour and 30 minute walk to the top of Vinicunca Mountain, also known as the Mountain of Seven Colors, one of the most impressive wonders of the Cusco region. Upon reaching the summit, you will witness a surprising view that encompasses a wide range of colors, from green to red hues, earning it the nickname "7-color mountain." This visual spectacle will allow you to contemplate the majesty of the Andes Mountains. With an altitude almost equal to that of the camp, which is 5,200 meters above sea level, this experience will leave you breathless. Our guide will offer a brief explanation before heading back along the same route to our starting point, where we will board transportation back to the restaurant in Cusipata. There, you can enjoy a buffet lunch. After lunch, we will head back to Cusco, where this exciting adventure will culminate around 4:30 p.m. This itinerary allows you to explore Seven Colored Mountain in one day, taking in the stunning views and immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the region. Remember to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as well as sun protection and water to stay hydrated during the walk.
